Our competitive Free Shipping Service (Canada & USA) includes tracking and insurance. Orders are processed and dispatched within 3-8 business days.
Delivery time estimates: 15-25 days (USA and Canada).
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. In order to shorten the delivery time your item(s) may be shipped directly from one of our warehouse locations around the world. But rest assured: we will cover all import fees and taxes before shipping so you will not be charged anything to receive your order!
All our products come from carefully chosen sources around the globe. Every new garment or decor item is tried and tested to ensure the highest quality and accurate measurements before being offered in our store. We make sure we love everything that we offer you, and we hope you love them, too.
To exchange any purchased items for the same product in a different size and/or colour, you must send the original item back to us (email us for the return instructions and authorization number first) and we'll ship you the new size/colour with no additional shipping charges and no restocking fees. To return any purchased items for a refund - please email us. We'll send you the return shipping instructions for mailing your items back to us and issue a full refund* when we've received and inspected the merchandise. You have 14 days from the day your package arrives at your door to return any new, unused, unwashed items. After 14 days we offer store credit only.
If you received an incorrect item entirely - please make sure you keep the original packaging and shipping label. A photo of a wrong item alone without packaging won’t qualify for a refund or exchange.
New orders begin processing immediately and therefore cannot be canceled.
