Our competitive Free Shipping Service (Canada & USA) includes tracking and insurance, always keeping our customers informed and assured that their purchase will arrive safely. 

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. In order to shorten the delivery time your item(s) may be shipped directly from one of our warehouse locations around the world. But rest assured: we will cover all import fees and taxes before shipping so you will not be charged anything to receive your order! 

Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges.

We get it: it can be challenging to get the right size and colour when shopping online. We do our best to make it easier! 

Need to exchange a size or colour? No problem! If you are exchanging a purchased item for the exact same product (just a different size and/or colour), just send us the item back (email us for the return instructions and authorization number first) and we'll ship you the replacement with no additional shipping charges or restocking fees.

Changed your mind and would like to return your purchase? You have 14 days from the day your package arrives at your door to return any new, unused, unwashed items that aren't quite right for you back to our store. All that's required is an Return Authorization email from Rose & Rebel - just email us! We'll send you the return shipping instructions for mailing your items back to us and issue a full refund* when we've received and inspected the merchandise. A 10% Restocking fee will apply. 

If you received an incorrect item entirely - please make sure you keep the original packaging and shipping label. A photo of a wrong item alone without packaging won’t qualify for a refund or exchange.
